**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
Responsible for commercial/financial execution of projectsand administration of existing business models (Contract negotiation, disputedpoints, etc) in collaboration with critical team members, whilst ensuring the completenessof books and records to the project success.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Commercial management of projects/assigned operations together with the Technical Project Manager from contract award to handover to customer, completion of all Contractual obligations and project deliverables.
- Commercial management includes among other aspects related to: P/L, B/S, cash flow, project accounting and invoicing, coordination of logistics and procurement activities, controlling, reporting and forecasting, taxation, audits, management of the contract, adherence to applicable rules and regulations
- Commercial contact/interface to customer, suppliers, and other internal and external team members
- identify and manage Project’s risks and opportunities, as well as cost savings and operational optimizations to be consolidated within overall project portfolio.
- Identify, quantify non contractual obligations Scope with project manager/station manager & prepare, submit, negotiate change orders to customer
- Develop and provide special analyses in response to ad-hoc-requests from management.
- Drive continuous improvement on forecasting and reporting tools, processes, and systems (Cost Calculations Revisit).
- Preparation of Budget/Forecast, Project handling, costing, and cost controlling.
- Participate in Project review and preparation of Sr. Management meetings.
- Cost calculation for change order and its process with the customer.
- Project Inventory and Managing Warehouse team.
- Supervising Project accounting AP, AR and Petty Cash.
- Cost allocation onshore and offshore portions.
- Supervise the maintenance of all accounting procedures and controls in compliance with the Siemens policy and procedures as well as local requirements.
- implementing the overall supply chain Process for the Project onshore and offshore scope.
- Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintaining adherence to relevant institutional policies is key to successful completion of a project.
- Determine key supply chain critical metrics as per Siemens Energy Strategy.
- Suggest solutions for operational improvements.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with Customers/vendors.

**What You Bring****:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related studies
- Experienced SAP user is a must (power user is plus)
- High level of accuracy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Numerate and strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Having a very good command in English language
- Minimum experience is 5 years in the same field.
