Real Estate Commercial Director

**Job Role**:
- Responsible for building the commercialization infrastructure to drive market adoption of the company’s solutions, being responsible for revenue growth within the organization.
- Report to the CEO as an executive-level position responsible for the commercial strategy and development of the business through marketing, sales and customer service activities to drive business growth and market share.
***Job Duties**:
- Responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth.
- Responsible for the overall performance of the Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Departments.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting & developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing and new projects.
- Determine annual unit & gross - profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends & results.
- Analyze data, prepare reports & provide strategic recommendations based on data & market trends.
- Identifies, qualifies and creates new commercial opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales & marketing operating budgets and sales strategies across key market segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimizes a clear path to aggressive growth.
- Designing and implementing new sales and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated targets and budgets.
- Maintain and enhance staff performance by selecting, orienting & training. As well as counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring, coaching and appraising departments’ job results.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting to senior management.
- Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires staff members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor competitor projects, sales and marketing activities.
- Report important operational issues to CEO by proposing & providing different solutions.
***Job Requirement**:
- Any relevant bachelor’s degree.
- 15+ years of experience in Real estate.
- Fluent English and excellent command of MS Office.
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Demonstrates the ability to delegate, supervise & follow-up.
- Capable of managing multiple projects & working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
