Real Estate Sales Manager

Real Estate Sales Manager helps us meet our Real Estate customer acquisition, renewals and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. He/She is responsible for maximizing our Real Estate field sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Hiring and training Real Estate field sales team members and onboarding new members
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs,
- Manage CRM with current clients, increase OLX client portoflio, present OLX when acquiring new clients.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring Identify opportunities to improve OLX EG business in real estate.
- Propose competetive commission structure
- Assist in gathering Market insights and setting strategies for telesales (in-house) sales teams.
- Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
**Requirements**:
- Education attainment or certificates or trainings (required for the job not the job holder) to reach the right competence and capability required for the job
- +7 years of Experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Specific knowledge required to perform the job. Familiarity, awareness, or understanding gained through experience or study
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
