Wusu Home Buyers is a real estate investment firm specializing in sourcing properties that present investment opportunities. We are a growing force in the Metro Atlanta area, looking for a remote Home Buying Specialist. Native or Fluent English with mínimal accent is required.

It is not required that you have any previous experience or knowledge in real estate, we will provide training to ensure your success. Forget about talent, we are looking for coachable, loyal, and motivated people ready to put the work in every day.

The Home Buying Specialist is the closer. Your role is to bring prospective homeowners through the sales funnel from lead to signed contract.

Required:
Daily accurate use of Podio CRM, BatchDialer, as well as PandaDoc e-signature platform.

**Outcomes / Responsibilities**:
**30 Day Targets**:
1. Send 50 offers out to homeowners

2. Reach pace of 30 dials a day

3. Get a deal under contract

4. Learn and become comfortable with our process

**60 Day Targets**:
1. Send 75 offers per month

2. Close first deal

3. Get 2 deals under contract per month

**90 Day Targets**:
1. Send 100 offers per month

2. Get 4 contracts signed per month

3. 3 out of 4 contracts are good deals (valuation accuracy)

**Key Performance Indicators**:
1. # of dials per day

2. # of offers sent per week

**HBS Compensation Structure**:
$1000 base monthly

% = Commission on profit for each deal

$0 - $250,000 = 1.5%

$250,001 - $500,000 = 2%

$500,001 - $1,000,000 = 2.5%

$1,000,001+ = 3%

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, New grad

Pay: From E£18,600.00 per month
