**Job Purpose**:
To provide integrated business services to the commercial teams centrally via a network of territorial teams aimed at achieving commercial executional excellence through situational analysis looking into all commercial-related aspects while providing insights and solid input to internal stakeholders, to initiate and drive regional strategic projects in the areas of SFE and Commercial Solutions.

**Dutie**s & Responsibilities**:

- Recommends improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of commercial excellence activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost
- effective service to customers
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of commercial excellence section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures.
- Executes Commercial Excellence guidelines, in order to initiate and drive cluster strategic projects in the areas of SFE and Commercial Solutions.
- Oversees and drives implementation of SFE functions and activities centrally and across territories, in order to ensure field force KPI definition, tracking and reporting.
- Develops Commercial capability models and development in close coordination and partnership with HR, IT, training and learning & development, in order to build digital acumen within the field force and other customer facing functions.
- Provides technical know-how and project management services to commercial teams centrally and in the territories on primary research activities, in order to raise the team’s competency and commercial expertise.
- Manages vendors and internal distribution of secondary market research sources and tools (IQVIA, AMS, 2 Confidential Data Monitor, etc.), in order to allow smooth and effective roll-out for innovative customer engagement enhancement solutions.
- Engages in continuous assessment of commercial tools and systems, in order to enhance field force effectiveness and multichannel communication with HCPs.
- Provides data management expertise, in order to manage up & running commercial solutions (e.g. CRM and Pitcher).
- Provides regular reporting based on commercial system output, in order to communicate them to commercial teams and senior leadership through manual reports, dashboards and BI solutions and come up with required commercial solutions.
- Organizes and supervises the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Commercial Excellence activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.
- Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Prepares departmental reports of Commercial Excellence timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards. Safety, Quality & Environment
- Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
- Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

**Job Qualifications**:

- BSc. in Pharmacy or Equivalent.
- Post graduate business qualification is a plus.
- 6-8 years industry experience in commercial and functional roles.
- At least 3 years of progressive managerial experience
- Specific experience in SFE and capability building is a plus.
- Previous experience in regional roles.
