Our Client is a leading global company specializing in export and distribution services across FMCG's specialized premium food, herbs, and seeds s. We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Export Manager to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**:
As the Commercial Export Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our export operations. You will develop and implement strategic plans to expand our export business, establish and maintain relationships with international clients and distributors, and ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products. You will also be responsible for managing a team of export professionals, providing leadership and guidance to achieve company objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand our export business
- Identify and cultivate relationships with international clients and distributors
- Manage export operations, including logistics, documentation, and compliance
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to international markets
- Monitor export sales performance and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and develop sales forecasts
- Lead and manage a team of export professionals, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize export operations
- Monitor and manage export budgets and costs
- Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of experience in export management
- FMCG experience is a MUST
- Number oriented
- Proven track record of successfully expanding export business
- Strong knowledge of international markets and trade regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Ability to analyze data and market trends
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred
