**Summary**:The **IT Technical Support **role includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required. Responsible for design, write and take care of computer database systems so that the right person can get the information they need at the right time. Responsibilities of the job vary according to employment sector.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install and upgrade computer hardware, printer and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on workstation, LAN and other IT devices.
- Performs remedial repairs on Computers, printers and any other peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintenance computer hardware, software, and LAN & WIF connectivity issues.
- Create and manage troubleshoot UTM user account, and access for LAN and WIFI users.
- Customize desktop hardware and software to meet user specifications and site standards.
- Performs work in compliance within specified warranty requirements.
- Returns defective equipment/ parts to maintenance inventory, documents customer.
- Repairs, maintains and restocks assigned parts inventory to ensure proper spare parts level.
- Safely package equipment for branches and arrange for the transport of the Equipment.
- Responsible for monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring to IT standards.
- Develop trends by monitoring and analyzing incoming calls, problems and technical support.
- Installation of Payroll, Quickbooks, ERP softwares.
- Doing Magcard correction for all staffs and documenting as file.
- Making duty schedule for IT staffs and submit to Personnel department.
- Database backup of Quickbook, 3CX.
- Receiving IT service requests and coordinating with user to address and fix the issue.
- Working with database software to find ways to store, organize and manage data.
- Managing database access and keeping databases up to date.
- Testing and modifying databases to ensure that they operate reliably.
- Designing maintenance procedures and putting them into operation.
- Managing database security/ integrity and backup procedures.
- Archiving data.
- Defining objectives through consultation with staff at all levels.
- Helping with database design and development.
