The Role
As a fundamental member of the Providers Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.
Customer Facilitators oversee the day-to-day management of medical clinics and outpatient facilities. They liaise with patients and healthcare professionals, and coordinate patient care plans. Their duties include managing budgets and billing, appointing staff, and assigning tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
- Creating positive experience by greeting & welcoming the clinic patients
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate the customer experience; directing the patient through the services & procedures inside the facility and ensure their satisfaction.
- Obtain patient history, insurance approvals and claims when needed and maintain patient records in the system.
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctors, staff, and patient information.
- System monitoring & booking follow up.
- Opening & closing of the clinic.
- Ensure that stationery needed for the smooth operation of the reception desk are always available
- Maintaining a clean & hygienic environment and follow up on housekeeping staff.
- Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
- Management of the billing system & invoices and inventory tracking.
- Awareness of the services & upselling/cross-selling them to the patients according to their needs.
- Adhere to the clinic policies & rules.

**Requirements**:

- One to two years of in-clinic experience or medical healthcare industry experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
- Good communication skills: Ability to work with customer to understand their needs.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills & ability to learn & use new systems.
- Able to follow & implement the detailed instructions immediately.
