You will be working as Sales Specialist, will be the part of Electrification business area for Smart Power division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Distribution Sales Manager and will be responsible for maintaining an effective sales channel strategy in specified market to improve ABB market penetration and realizing growth aspirations. Responsible for executing marketing and sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitoring partners performance.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementing Sales and Marketing strategy for distribution business development in Egyptian market
- Distributors developing sales and marketing strategies to achieve the annual target and penetrating new markets, monitoring the results and expanding business opportunities
- Collecting, analyzing and utilizing market intelligence data to define customer needs, preferences, buying habits and define competitors’ profile to identify proper positioning of ABB for best competitive edges
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop new solutions, offers and services to meet the market demand and promotional activities
- Selling out activity and maximizing the distributors sales through strong relations with contractors, panel builders, OEM and retailers
- Comprehending, utilizing value based selling techniques to sales and partners to improve competitiveness in the market while maximizing profitability
- Maintaining strong relationship with key partners, providing full support for levering up capabilities to grow in volume, coverage area and sales network

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Good knowledge of ABB Products
- Good knowledge of local Distribution Market, Retailers
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, negotiation, presentation and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language
