DS DeepSource GmbH is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build strong relationships to achieve sales targets. **Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Understand client needs and present our products and solutions that meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Fluency in English.
