
Inside Sales Specialist

**Job Description Summary**:
Inside Sales Specialist will grow sales for Non Contract Revenue business portfolio through creating and maintaining long term customer relationships/satisfaction. He/she will contact hospitals, clinics and physician office customers to sell assigned products/services, will meet, exceed sales quotas and activity levels for assigned territory by keeping sales trackers and account reviews. He/she will prospect, qualify, quote and close new business.

**Responsibilities**
- Full cooperation with Commercial and Sales team for a comprehensive quote to order processes.
- Strategic pricing management for Non contracts business.
- Follow up and handle all our digital platform (E commerce inquires & registration, quotes & orders).
- Data Analytics for accurate forecast management.
- Responsible for NCR tendering processes wing to wing.
- Driving wing to wing process for NCR (Noncontract revenue) with alignment with Service Delivery, Service sales & Cash Teams.
- Owning the NCR quotation process with alignment with all stakeholder
**Qualifications and experience**:
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Biomedical Engineering, Administrative sciences (please specify degree)
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Ability to communicate using English
- Creative Problem Solving -Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.
- Strong communication skills
