You will be working as Sales specialist and you will be the part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Water Segment Manager and will be responsible for sales of products/systems within assigned market for the Electrification products for Infrastructure and water segment in accordance with company strategy, build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues, identify and develop sales opportunities.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Executing sales strategies, sales plans for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product/systems offering and aligning to provide a solution, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Exploring new business opportunities and generating new installed base or market share by influencing through key decision processes
- Preparing sales plans using company tools and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals by using effective sales techniques
- Running the negotiations with the customer and moving the business to the agreed upon margins, as well as ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Fulfilling the expected number of customer visits, logs the visits and communicating the results with the sales management team
- Managing the sales support and administrative procedures within the sales process, supporting market intelligence and business development projects as required to drive the growth of the business, providing pre-sales technical assistance and appropriate solutions to the customers

**Your background**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power
- Minimum 3-4 years in Sales and marketing, preferable to be in similar field
- Must have sales experience, knowledge of medium voltage switchgear and salesforce will be a big advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, leadership capabilities and communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is mandatory
