**About this role**

We are looking for an efficient Human Resources Representative to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee records while helping with the HR administrative tasks.

The HR Coordinator will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. The HR Coordinator will work under the supervision of the HR admin lead, Regional HR Manager, CHCO and Country Manager while working closely with the executive team and employees.

**What will you do?**

Key job requirements will be your ability to
- Provide administrative support to all colleagues with daily HR requests such as letters, ID renewals, etc.
- Following up with new hires regarding their onboarding documents & process
- Managing employee’s health insurance files and reimbursement
- Handling employment office relations with social insurance & labor office
- Validating monthly timesheets ensuring extra hours capturing
- Ensuring employee’s personal information and records are up to date & well organized
- Handling foreigners’ visa & work permit process (new hires and renewal)
- Maintaining employees’ time off records and requests through the HRIS system.

**Who you are?**

**Background & linguistic skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant fields
- A minimum of 1-2 years of Administrative HR experience
- Full proficiency in English and Arabic - Additional languages are a plus
- Good knowledge of the local labor law

**Competencies**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and in the HRIS system is a plus
- Autonomous and proactiveness, hands-on person, and reliable
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Detailed oriented, with a strong sense of confidentially and rigor
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Administrative skills
- Collaborative with an internationally diverse team
