**About the role**:
The incumbent will lead the HR project office for the Europe region.

Drive and implement global and cross-regional initiatives, programs and synergies, with the objective to provide solutions to the business and HR.

Support the Head of HR for Europe and represent Europe in discussions and projects.

Improve regional HR’s effectiveness and efficiency.

Act as an internal consultant to the regional HR team through coordination, planning, design, communication and process optimization.

Key Accountabilities:

- Business Transformation: Drive transformation projects and/or growth initiatives in close partnership with business, HRBP, country HR and global stakeholders. Get involved from end to end, i.e., from conceptualizing to implementation and tracking of the transformation plans (initiating, planning, documenting, communication, budget, skills plans, restructuring) in close cooperation with the Senior HR Business Support Partner for Europe on social relations, process and workforce impact.
- Project Management Office: Work closely with the Global and regional PMO’s and Functional Human Resources Business Partners as required to coordinate, manage and prioritize global and/or regional HR projects/programmes. Examples of projects are: Talent management, Career Management, Succession Planning, Skills Anticipation, Learning and Development, Dashboards, Performance management, Internal communications and Transformation projects
- HRBP Support: Support the Regional Head of HR drive various global initiatives that need to be implemented for the region & S&M EUROPE. Collect and consolidate data from the countries for global reporting and projects. Regional coordinator to the HRSSC.
- Talent & Learning Programs: Support the Regional Head of HR drive various Learning, Skills transformation and Talent Management initiatives for the region & Sales Region Europe.
- Global & Regional Projects: Participate and contribute to various Global and Regional HR projects (e.g. Employer Attractiveness, Talent Management, H&S audits, MyJob rollout, Automation projects, CSR), as nominated by the manager.

**About you**:

- Ability to juggle between operational delivery needs and strategic involvement
- Excellent analytical skills and data crunching ability.
- Experience in building and dirving Talent Management and Learning and Development programs.
- Proven skills in translating business issues into an effective HR plan / activities
- Project management skills
- Strong business acumen
- Able to independently give ideas on improvements and resolve HR issues
- Excellent communication skills, flexible, pro-active and self-motivated

**Additional information**:
Base salary from 2,160 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
