**Summary**:
The Project Manager manages key program / client projects, will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of the project.

- Manage multiple programs and projects; Provide progress on the various key programs and projects to the PMO Portfolio Manager (new client implementation and relevant transformation projects or strategic activities);
- Guarantee the implementation of new services and Clients is performed adopting the defined project planning in benefit of the organization and Client business goals;
- Adopt mechanisms to continuously improve the project management capabilities of the organization in terms of technical solutions, training and project management culture;
- Ability to be an effective liaison between the department's leaders, internal technology development and partners;
- Drive operating efficiency through initiatives that produce innovative solutions for optimizing operational tools used by clients and Teleperformance (reduced cost of ownership/usage, highest return for investment);
- Support the strategy and technology investment roadmap needs for implementing new programs, client and other projects;
- Support the Programs/Projects definition, detailed project planning, financial oversight, risk identification and management, project execution and control, reporting and project closure; Project Management of on-going projects, connecting business units and the remaining areas, defining processes and solutions for the upgrade of the operations’ quality, price reduction and general optimization;
- Business objectives’ analysis, requirements’ specification and follow-up of the implementation of new services or campaigns;
- Ensure that all projects are in compliance with Teleperformance’s Project Management Methodology and Key Controls The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of the project deliverables and outcomes;
- Proactively identify, manage and mitigate project risks and find ways to accomplish project goals in the context of dynamic business/ technical environments;
- Coach a team of PMO Analysts and assures compliance with project management processes to guarantee successful project implementation;
- The Project Manager also takes a mentoring role towards the staff of the Project Management Department;
- The Project Manager also acts as an advisor to decide practices that will result in increased efficiency and improvement of the processes;
- Implementing company-wide management-approved strategies;
- Act with initiative, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results;
- Be a true team member in Teleperformance Portugal - focused on the success of the company and the well-being of the team;
- Support, motivate and “enthusiastically” communicate the company’s culture and values, develop and coach each team member to continually meet and exceed their quality and productivity targets;
- Interaction with other departments in order to improve and or maximize the project(s) results;
- Be an active part in the process of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovation methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions);
- Ensure all Teleperformance processes, procedures and policies are fulfilled, including but not limited to GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, GECSP - Global Essential Compliance, Information Security Policies, HR, etc;
- Communicate to leadership any known infractions of these Corporate Policies and procedures immediately; May perform other duties as requested, not specifically addressed in this document.

Report to PMO Portfolio Manager and Director of PMO any situation that may impact the Project and the Organization

**Main Job Requirements**:

- Education and specific Training Higher Education Degree (preferential);
- Project Management Professional (PMI -PMP) Certification or similar (preferential);
- Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory);
- Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus (German, French and Spanish)
