Job Description**
Tasks and duties**:
n general, the ASM is responsible to secure and increase the company’s order intake and to increase and secure customers’ satisfaction.

Understand customer needs, transport the request respectively the need to the proper person within the organization to finally supply the corresponding solution or answer.
**In detail following tasks and duties are relevant**:

- Quotation Phase (quotes for business which is defined to be treated by the ASM)
- Understand customers’ needs and triage the requests (VAS, Mod, FS, Parts, Training, Complaint, Pricing, I4.0, etc.)
- Feed the correct channel with the request by using the corresponding tools and templates
- Plausibility check of the offer received
- Formatting of the offer in cooperation with Customer Service colleagues.
- Adjust and finalize offers including and highlighting the USP
- Follow up of the open offers as per defined processes
- Close deals proactively
**Order execution phase**:

- Check customer PO, clarify open points and hand over to the appropriate person in charge
- Support to manage deviations or troubles
- Coordinate information flow between all stakeholders when necessary
**Claims**:

- Feed-in claims according established processes
- Directly and personally received claims to be handed over with all necessary details to the person in charge
- Coordinate information flow between all stakeholders when necessary
- Use claims as a chance to understand customers’ strategy and requirements and offer customized solutions to approach the requirement or dissatisfaction
- CSI followup and feedback
**General**:

- Visit customers personally and directly to secure customer relationship
- Maintain of the order intake forecast (quotation pipeline)
- Cooperation or coordination in contractual and legal topics related to assigned customers
- Ongoing monitoring and reporting of the market in regards to changes, developments, trends, risks and chances (enable anticipation, adaption, adjustments, etc.)
- Support to collect overdue payments
- Maintenance of the Installed Base data base
- Maintenance of the CRM-system customer contact data base

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
- 3-5 years Experience in B2B sales of industrial, technical investment goods
- Supporting and servicing attitude
- Robust and agile personality with strong entrepreneurship attitude
- Reliable appearance with high level negotiation and communication skills
- Mediator skills to de-escalate customer escalations
- English fluency is a must, Germany or French is a plus
- MS Office standard user skills, SAP R3 experience is a plus
- Competence in personal time management
- Skilled in business communication (phone, personal, critical customers, systematic questioning to get requested results, etc.)
- Readiness to travel up to 70% of the working time
