Sales Specialist

Summary of the role:
You will have a responsibility of selling LSEG’s Trading solutions in CEE/CIS through promoting a wide range of trading solutions for Buy Side and Sell Side clients of LSEG. Capitalizing on the growing business automation trend we are looking for a highly motivated specialist to drive growth in trading solutions
What will you do:
- Hunt for new prospects- Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities with existing customers- Structure and negotiate profitable deals- Provide insight and thought leadership with customers on specific proposition solutions
How you will do it:
- Fair understanding of electronic trading solutions- Familiar with APIs and integration business to customers workflow solutions
Success is:
- Increasing LSEG’s market share in Asset management, Investment management and sells side brokers and firms- Evidence of improved customer experience- Meet or exceed recurring subscription and outright sales in respective territory and market segment
What do you need to bring:
- Technical expertise: integration, API knowledge- Selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a “hunter”- Presentation skills (verbal & written)- Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science or Engineering- Analytical skills, ability to translate business processes into functional requirements and to design feasible end to end solutions.- Ability to write and present Technical Business Cases and elicit Client Requirements- Strong presentation skills and using of Microsoft Office suite. Ability to use MIS systems- Ability to prioritize and manage time- Ability to work in a dynamic matrix environment with multinational and multi-cultural team based globally- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with a constant steep learning curve
