Sales Enablement Community Engagement Manager-strategic

**Votre rôle**:
Main Mission:
Engage and animate a community of sales professionals, manage newsletter distribution, collect relevant information, and train contributors to optimize internal communication. You’ll be in contact with multiple marketing people in various business lines to gather information about news, events and everything happening that may support sales activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Community Engagement**:
- Animate and energize the sales community through regular meetings and interactive exchanges.
- Build and make survey to assess the quality of marketing deliverables and collect regular feedback.
- ** Newsletter Management**:
- Identify and promote "hot topics" each month during cross-functional meetings.
- Collect information from business lines regarding events and updates, ensuring timely contributions.
- Distribute newsletters to sales teams in France, international, and in the DEF zone.
- ** Training and Support**:
- Train contributors on how to write articles for newsletters.
- Guide the community on communicating the company’s strategic priorities.
- ** Web Promotion**:
- Decide on elements to promote on the homepage of the website.
- ** Analysis and Reporting**:
- Collect and analyze newsletter reading and click statistics, sharing results with the marketing community.
- Build dashboard to monitor the usages of content distributed by marketing to sales and its performance.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:
- Propose enhancements to the relevance, format, tools, and overall engagement of these Marketing and Sales communities, to maximize the Sales Enablement.
**Votre profil**:
**Required Skills**:
- Minimum 10 years experience in commercial environment ideally in similar role.
- Very good experience in B2B
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Ability to engage groups and build trusting relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and statistics.
- Able to easily summarize some topics to challenge contributors about their topics and bring crystal clear information.
- Organized and experience in project management would be a plus.
- Knowledge of content management and communication tools.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to innovate.
- Dynamism to energize the community.
Additional Requirement:
- Fluent in both English and French, as he/she will be part of a very dynamic international team.
- Master Degree in Marketing or similar is a plus
