**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Administration**:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, contracts, and performance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of HR communications such as policies, updates, and announcements.
- Manage employee files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
- **Recruitment Support**:
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and recruitment platforms.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and introduction to company policies.
- Ensure that offboarding processes are properly followed, including exit interviews, equipment return, and final paperwork.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from staff and provide timely responses to queries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist in the resolution of employee issues by providing guidance and support.
- Support the organization and coordination of employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- **HR Reporting**:
- Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports, such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and compliance updates.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data on absences, leaves, and timekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and external reporting requirements.
- **HR Systems and Tools**:
- Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of employee information.
- Support the implementation of HR technology tools and processes to improve efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience in an HR administrative role, preferably in a recruitment or staffing agency.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Pay: E£7,000.00 per month
