**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:

- Develop and execute an internal communications content strategy aligned with company goals and values.
- Write diverse content formats, including articles, blog posts, presentations, videos, and social media posts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in internal communications.

Social Media Management:

- Develop and manage the company's social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Create and share engaging content that resonates with employees and aligns with company branding.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Stay informed about evolving social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Internal Announcements:

- Draft and disseminate clear, concise, and timely internal announcements about company news, updates, and policies.
- Ensure information is communicated effectively to all employees across different departments and levels.
- Work with leadership to develop a communication plan for major announcements.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise communication style.
- Experience with content creation across various formats, including written, visual, and video.
- Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Passion for building positive and engaging company cultures.
