**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market segments and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers while ensuring profitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including timely response to inquiries and resolving customer issues.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Participate in industry trade shows and other marketing events.
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the sales and marketing teams.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales in safety industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the safety industry and relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned territory.
**Desired Skills**:
- Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
