Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist

Gotrah Ventures is on the look for a **Remotely Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist** to join our growing Marketing team helping us connect with our audience across the different online channels by developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing Gotrah’s growth performance including paid campaigns, SEM support, and data tracking for both Gotrah as a venture studio and its underlying ventures.
**Responsibilities**:
- Setting the monthly and quarterly digital spending budget based on our quarterly goals and objectives and market dynamics.
- Analyze user journeys and identify different touchpoints.
- Plan, execute, & optimize all digital marketing campaigns including performance marketing, and search engine marketing) and retention automation.
- Create growth funnels and find optimization areas
- Discover trends and optimize spending and performance based on insights.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and report against KPIs and ROIs.
- Plan, run, and measure experiments and conversion tests, reporting findings and recommendations.
- Work on Search Engine Optimization and app store optimization along with the content team.
- Work with content marketing & design teams to provide content to the performance marketing function for all projects.
- Troubleshoot both app and web tracking and events along with the product team across different channels
- Collaborate with agencies and other service providers regarding performance and growth
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience with at least 1 year in the Saudi market and proven working experience in performance and growth marketing.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills and very comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Strong knowledge of SEM, Funnel Management, and growth automation.
- Experience in developing & implementing performance marketing strategies.
- Solid knowledge of website and mobile app analytics tools.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns.
- A/B testing experience.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing techniques and optimizations.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and time-management skills including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting when necessary.
