As a Growth/Performance Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, executing campaigns that maximize ROI, and using insights from performance data to continuously refine our marketing approach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Compliance**: Oversee digital campaign compliance with all relevant legal standards, including copyright and data privacy laws.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**: Track digital campaign performance using analytics tools, report findings, and leverage insights to optimize future marketing strategies.
- **Staff Training and Development**: Lead professional development initiatives by training staff in digital marketing best practices and tools.
- **Emerging Technologies and Trends**: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest digital marketing technologies and trends, integrating new approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Brand Advocacy**: Develop brand advocacy programs that transform customers into active promoters, amplifying the brand message and bolstering reputation.
- **Project Management**: Drive end-to-end project management for digital marketing initiatives, from planning and execution to performance analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with digital marketing certifications favored.
- Proven experience in executing successful digital advertising campaigns and managing online communities.
- A strong background in content strategy with a focus on monetization.
- Expertise in legal compliance and performance analysis for digital content.
- Demonstrated leadership in training and developing a digital marketing team.
- In-depth knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
