- Merchants. We are democratizing the social e-commerce space by enabling budding as well as seasoned entrepreneurs to sell online with no required capital, inventory, or operational experience. We have our Merchants covered from merchandising, warehousing, shipping, cash collection and customer service.

In 2019 we started as a team of 8 people, now we are over 350 employees across Egypt, KSA and the UAE. We serve more than 34K social e-commerce sellers from incredibly diverse backgrounds - from students earning a part-time income to highly ambitious digital marketing experts looking to become solo entrepreneurs. The sellers on our platform benefit from access to 2,500+ highly marketable products. Our people are driven by our mission and motivated by our desire to deliver the most seamless customer experience to the sellers on our platform. **Job Summary**:
We are seeking a visionary and data-driven leader to join our team as the Growth Marketing Lead. You will be responsible for spearheading impactful marketing initiatives across all digital channels, driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue in a sustainable and scalable way.

**What you will do**:

- ** Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy**: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer journey mapping to identify high-growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, engineering) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- **Lead and manage the Performance Marketing team**: Oversee the performance of all paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.). Identify best practices, implement strategic optimization techniques, and ensure continuous improvement in campaign performance and ROI.
- **Own and optimize the full user acquisition funnel**: Drive user acquisition through a combination of paid advertising, organic channels (SEO, content marketing), influencer marketing, and other data-driven strategies. Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to maximize conversions across all touchpoints.
- **Embrace experimentation and innovation**: Foster a culture of data-driven testing and experimentation. Implement A/B testing across various marketing elements (ad creatives, landing pages, targeting strategies) and analyze results to optimize performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
- **Measure and report on progress**: Develop a robust measurement framework to track key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals. Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to demonstrate the impact of marketing initiatives.
- **Stay ahead of the curve**: Actively keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Identify and implement innovative marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

**What you will make us successful**:

- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of driving impactful growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and data-driven marketing principles.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies from concept to execution.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and build high-performing teams.
