**Role Summary**
- The primary responsibility of the commercial planning analyst is to successfully analyze, initiate & assess initiatives that can drive revenue maximization, and enhance the company's overall profitability.
- They will participate in the planning cycle of the commercial strategy & create powerful commercial propositions driving the growth of elmenus partners as well as user growth.
- They will own the revenue KPI which requires constant monitoring of Area marketplace KPIs, spotting performance gaps & proposing fast cross-functional activities to enhance the area performance.
- They will partially own the offers budget setting & allocation on city and area level to efficiently optimize elmenus cost & successfully grow high demand high revenue areas.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Accountable for Marketplace KPIs tracking on City & area level on Weekly, monthly & yearly performance vs targets.
- Drive Exploratory analysis to understand any gaps between demand & supply planning on the Area level for the purpose of increasing supply vs demand planning accuracy.
- Come up with revenue-generating initiatives, participate in cross-functional projects to increase elmenus revenue line & constantly define, assess & iterate on ongoing experiments to reach the revenue objective.
- Provide ongoing analysis through structured frameworks to solve commercial problems & enhance the overall commercial proposition.
- Participate in cross-functional projects within a commercial planning retrospect to identify what to stop, keep & start through deep dive analysis of ongoing projects vs targeted performance.
- Present insight findings to key stakeholders, with actionable recommendations for decision-making and align with stakeholders on data-related topics.
- Own the strategy to efficiently allocate our budget on City and area level, with the purpose of driving higher growth & profitability across all operating areas. Constantly striving towards driving new initiatives through data analysis & communication with key stakeholders to identify areas of growth in orders & profitability.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree, a plus if the degree is in engineering or finance-related studies
- 2-5 years of experience in consumer insights, marketing analytics, strategic finance, or growth roles
- Strong analytical thinking, and ability to deliver sound, genuine insights, and strategic recommendations against defined business objectives.
- A “can-do” attitude and strong collaboration skills with the ability to work with diverse organizations and teams.
- Fluency in Arabic & English languages
