Role purpose:
Leading Technology _VOIS SWE global service line for building BSS/CRM center of excellences across multiple suppliers’ products e.g. Oracle/Amdocs over multiple locations including India, Egypt, Romania, Spain, etcproviding diverse services for both Vodafone local markets and central functions.
Strategize & implement critical initiatives for the service line according to the organization vision & growth plans and driving collaboration across the multi-location organization.
Accountable for meeting technology KPIs, delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, stakeholder management and meeting budget/ efficiency targets through building and managing teams of highly motivated technology professionals.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- Leading (Coach, inspire, motivate, evaluate and develop) a large team of product owners, SWE, architects, etc across multiple locations
- Implement global technology strategies for the function and drive operation excellence in processes across SWE for BSS/CRM platforms.
- Drive technology services portfolio, roadmaps & transformation across the delivery unit, also driving initiatives for technology efficiency targets.
- Manage the service line budget across multiple locations.
- Strategize & implement critical initiatives for the functions, in line with the organizations’ vision & growth plans.
- Work in alignment with the BRM team to achieve strong partners management engagement to ensure delivering quality technology services while continuously driving and improving customer experience.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

- 15+ years of managing IT teams focus on billing and CRM experience with proven record in governance and budget management.
- Expert knowledge of the strategy development & implementation especially for BSS/CRM center of excellences across multiple suppliers’ products
- Able to work independently in a highly dynamic environment with strong analytical skills, organized, self-motivation in addition to having excellent communications and Presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver challenging targets in a dynamic environment with a full understanding of customer demands/needs and flexibility to exceed customers’ expectations.
- Solid communication skills with capability of networking on global environment in a way that supports business growth activities.
- Proven track record of managing technology teams at scale (across all of time, cost and quality))

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- BSC of Engineering or Computer Science
- A post graduate study is an advantage but not a must (Masters, PHD of Engineering and/or MBA).
