As a Business Development Associate your role will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our client base and spearheading the growth of our lead generation and qualification efforts in both marketing and sales activities. You will be joining our Octopus business unit working alongside our Sales & Marketing team in Robusta Technology Group

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage engaging newsletters tailored for Octopus clients.
- Optimize online ads to increase visibility and drive leads.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Utilize CRM tools to enhance customer relationships and manage sales leads.
- Generate high-quality leads through a variety of channels.
- Create a compelling narrative about Octopus to convey our value proposition.
- Qualify leads by conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations to ensure their suitability and alignment with our services.
- Create marketing schedules and timelines.
- Work on the development of engaging social media content alongside RTG Marketing team.
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective client companies to tailor outreach.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and offer solutions.
- Provide clients with regular updates on progress and opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in CRM tools is essential.
- Proven track record in marketing and sales activities.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal..
- Adaptability and openness to innovative marketing strategies.

- Time management and organizational abilities for multitasking efficiently.
