Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team.

**Requirements**:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong background in the insurance industry, with expertise in various insurance products and services.
Global insurance experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
