Business Development Manager

The business development manager (BDM) is often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with a business when they are seeking information on the products and services the company provides. The BDM also responds to RFP's, tenders, and develops sales in new sales territories.
**Must Have**:
- Fluent English language
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- More than 3 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.
- Oversee the relationship with customers handled by.
- Enlarge the corporate database customer focusing on the company level.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keep customers updated on the latest products to increase sales.
- Expand the customer base by upselling and cross-selling as well as providing assistance in satisfying those needs and meeting or surpassing customers’ expectations
- Understand key customer individual needs and address their needs also Collaborating with the team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Conduct business reviews.
- Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Address customers' queries about products, prices, availability, product uses, and services
