**Overview**
**Duties**
- Design, install, configure, and maintain system software
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Implement security measures to protect systems and data
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth operation of the company's infrastructure
- Perform system backups and recovery
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop scripts for automation tasks
**Requirements**:
- Support users in network connections problems (WIFI, Ethernet, phones and DHCP activities.
- Make recommendations for any future upgrades (employees devices - IT Assets - Tools -Software’setc.
- Employee’s devices installation (H/W and S/W).
- Request offers, quotations and communicate with IT vendors to help purchasing department for determining the best prices.
- Monitor network devices and servers through built in servers tools.
- Check all company internet lines and its operations (ISP support, Fees and quota.
- Create users accounts in company systems (Directory servers, Mail, file servers) and support users in systems configurations and accounts issues.
- Training new users for company IT systems.
Pay: E£300.00 - E£400.00 per month
**Experience**:
- VMWare: 1 year (preferred)
- Linux: 1 year (preferred)
