**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry and clerical tasks
- Maintain organised filing systems and ensure all documents are accurately stored
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain financial records
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and collaboration with team members
- Support office management by ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials for presentations

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: E£120,000.00 - E£140,000.00 per year
