**Role Purpose**:
We are looking for a skilled **Trade** **Key Account Executive **to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important partners. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business volumes to achieve long-term objectives.
**Role Profile**:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major key accounts to ensure they perform in the right direction to achieve the settled targets.
- Expand the relationships with existing key accounts by continuously supporting their needs to reach the settled objectives.
- Ensure that our products and services are delivered to customers in the agreed criteria.
- Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints with a sense of ownership.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the top management to ensure that each account is on the right path and serving the company objectives properly.
