**Role**:
Providing short-term and long-term sales volume forecasts to the Operations and Sales departments to ensure that demand is met. Analyzing actual sales to identify opportunities & gaps

**Accountabilities**:

- Use available data/resources to forecast volume for Strategic Plan (3-year company wide plan)
- Use available data to forecast volume for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by DC and SKU, phased monthly
- Manage entire Customer Demand Forecast (CDF) process:

- Knows the forecasting tool and how the data is configured
- Develop weekly sales summaries
- Review and adjust initial generated forecast based on expert and current knowledge of market, trade, and competition
- Lead weekly meeting to present measures, track trends in accuracy, analyze causes of variation, and contribute to overall process improvement
- Ultimately responsible for Forecast Accuracy and ongoing improvement
- Submit timely Quarterly Forecasts (March/June/September)
- Submit “Six Months Forecast” to Operations department on a monthly basis for production scheduling
- Submit “Mid-Month Flash” to Finance on the 12th of every month
- Submit monthly report to HR detailing the DC Managers’ incentive plan
- Responsible for monthly S&D Scorecard - collecting all data and submitting to S&D Director
- Forecast volume of all new initiatives
- Track and follow volume trends of new initiatives and developmental SKUs, and reports findings to S&D Director
- Forecast and report the effect of new Sales Programs on volume & its expected budget
- Submit Regional Performance report by package, brand, region, and channel
- Lead on el Ahram Beverage Monthly S&OP with SC Planning.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:**
Knowledge**:

- Strong technical knowledge which includes full industrial experience (CSD filed experience) and the sales technical knowhow.
**Education**:

- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in English and Fluent Arabic.
**Skills and abilities**:

- 6-8 years of sales or sales related experience in FMCG, different markets is a plus
- Basic Financial background is a must
- Strong experience in execution & operating with business strategies.
- Ability to work cross function/ Build strong positive relationship with peers, Direct reports, and distributors’ management team..
- Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames)
- Planning & Organizing (Multiple priority management)
- Analytical thinking Skills (Trend, data, events analysis to draw sound conclusions)
- Leading and Motivating Others (Creating enthusiasm, inspire positive attitude, desire to succeed).
