Primary Purpose of the Role:

- The SAP SD Analyst is typically responsible for the CSO/CD operation module of SAP Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- This role works closely with the country business operation teams, global RAC, AD, AM and Geo-IT
- The main purpose of this role is to operate as the primary reference for the effective execution of the SAP systems operation within O2C
- Key to the job is having good understanding of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP Logistics Execution (LE) module and O2C operational process
- Analyst is responsible for user support within his/her area of responsibility in regard to addressing ‘How-to’ questions in SAP systems
- In addition, the Analyst will closely work with global SAP AM teams in resolution of systems tickets (P1, P2, P3)
- Analyst will complete on-boarding of new users, conduct end-user training and refresher courses to improve the knowledge of SAP users.
- The Analyst will support process champions and key users in implementing system changes / new enhancements / rollouts / migrations within SAP and its integration with third-party systems.
- It includes participation in various project phases like requirement gathering, raising CR, co-ordinating with global AD team, local business and Geo IT teams, participating design workshops, system building, test scripts development, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, Go-live & PGLS

Job Main Responsibilities:

- Drive business benefits by process improvements, initiatives from local and regional projects
- Drives reduction of overall Incidents and user education tickets
- Prepare, maintain and update end user manual and SAP reference document
- For urgent incidents within SAP, Analyst will help clarify impact and scope of the incident, working closely with the global AM team and ensure timely resolution of the incident
- For persistent problems the analyst will work with global team in problem investigation and its resolution to ensure effective operation of the system
- The Analyst will support Process Champion in CAB (Change Advisory Board) for gaining necessary support and approval for the system changes
- For new enhancements and modifications, analyst is required to write Functional Specification (FS)
- For any significant changes made within U2K2 SAP system, analyst needs to ensure that these changes do not impact the normal operation of the system by undertaking Regression Test (RT)
- Support and complete global Regression Test (RT) on time

Key support Areas within SAP SD & LE:
Customer Service Operations:

- Daily support to business team on the issues related to order processing
- Outbound Delivery and Post Goods Issue (PGI)
- Invoice creation, posting to accounts, Invoice printing etc
- Egypt eInvoice
- Supporting AP, Sales Deals, Rebate processing etc
- Cross Company Invoices
- CCFOT
- OTM
- Co-ordinate with transportation planners for OTM issue

CD- Sales:

- Co-ordinating & support on Interface related issues between SAP and third-party systems
- Interface support includes SAS, NAMEHUB, OTM, Replenishment Tool, Unilink, 3PL etc
- Getting system ready on latest trends like EDI & E-com

System Support:

- Initiating new business requirements by raising Change Request (CR)
- Raising Service Request (SR) for small modifications
- Raising Incident Request to post critical issues to the Global teams and follow up till its resolution
- New SAP User onboarding
- End-user Training to SAP users, creating end user manuals and SAP refence documents
- Supporting SAP Local & Global Project

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

- University Bachelor’s degree
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Knowledge & Hands on experience in Order-to-cash process is preferred
- Good understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP Logistics Execution (LE) module
- Good communication skills (written and Verbal)
- Good knowledge of IT systems
