In this hands-on role, you will play a vital role in our marketing activities in the Middle East and Africa Region. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategic marketing plan for the region along with Cambridge's global marketing approach and partner closely with our regional business development and marketing teams to deliver excellence to our customers.

**About the role**

As part of the regional marketing team, you will collaborate closely with the senior regional leadership team as well as the external key stakeholders to raise awareness, drive demand and develop recognition for Cambridge propositions. You will help drive growth through a deep understanding of the diverse markets in the region by supporting the sales teams and be a part of a digital transformation.

You will be responsible for delivering a range of integrated marketing campaigns that are aligned with the regional marketing plan. You will have a deep understanding of the market and you will use customer insight to deliver market leading customer experience though all communication channels. You will proactively find new ways to improve the results of the marketing campaigns that support sales targets. This role, therefore, requires a highly creative and analytical individual with the ability to work within a team, as well as their own initiative.

**About you**

You are experienced in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns working with international markets. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible in your project and budget management. You have proven experience developing and delivering successful digital campaigns working with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation tools with a focus for demand generation. You are confident building relationships and influencing a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.

Essential skills, knowledge, and qualifications:

- Educated to degree level.
- Fluency in English minimum C1 level (Essential) and Arabic (desirable).
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a multinational company
- Strong campaign management skills with a focus of lead nurturing and lead generation through marketing automation (Preferably HubSpot)
- Excellent communication and networking skills with a strong sense of teamwork and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial thinker with strong customer and solution focus.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A collaborative team player
