The Role

To ensure the alignment of the company's HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining policies that promote a compliant, ethical, and performance-driven culture, while supporting the company's growth and innovation in the technology sector.

**Policy Development and Implementation**
- Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws, industry standards, and company values.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure policies address the unique needs of the technology industry.
- Communicate policies effectively across the organization and ensure they are accessible to all employees.

**Governance and Compliance**
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, technology industry regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR-related audits.

**Risk Management and Ethical Standards**
- Identify potential HR-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Promote and uphold a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance across the organization.
- Oversee investigations related to policy violations and ensure proper documentation and resolution.

**Employee Relations and Support**
- Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and governance-related matters.
- Act as a trusted advisor for complex employee relations cases requiring policy interpretation.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement in policy implementation.
- Prepare and present reports on governance and compliance activities to senior management.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Stay updated on emerging trends in HR policies, technology industry practices, and governance standards.
- Benchmark against industry leaders and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR governance.

**Personal Skills**
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

**Technical Skills**
- Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or CHRP) is a plus. French language is a plus.
- Proven experience in policy design, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with familiarity in digital transformation initiatives in HR.

**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in law, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
