IT Help Desk Specialist

Prepare laptops and desktops as per company standards
- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques locally and remotely
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
- Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service
- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
- Provide needed information on IT (Information Technology) products orservices
- Keep record of problems and their resolution
- Follow-up with customers
- Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve
- Maintain technical documentation and service catalog on installation of software, configuration of
- hardware and problem troubleshooting
- Suggest improvements toprocedures
**Requirements**:
- 0-3years’ experience in similar position
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Previous experience working with U.S clients is a plus.
- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems
- Familiarity with both PC and Mac Hardware and Software
- Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Communicate Effectively to help customers fix their issues and feel satisfied with the experience
- Writing and Editing Skills to aid in writing and updating manuals
- Education in Computer Repairs and how to Troubleshoot Problems, and Specific Knowledge of other required Computer Systems for different work environments.
- Interested in working with entrepreneurial mindsets, safe culture that encourages innovation
- Experience with WindowsserverAD, DHCP, DNS is assets
- Experience with Microsoft SCCM is a plus
- Experience with Azure AD is a plus
