- Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
- Assisting with systems integrations.
- Managing and handling the open tickets through ticketing system.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems.
- Developing reports for teams across the business.
- Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
- Execution of DB scripts/extracts as needed.
- Work with multiple teams for successful resolution of issues and incidents.
- Providing on-call support.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or similar.
- Broad working knowledge of Oracle, SQL, MYSQL and RDBMS - including PL/SQL stored procedures, complex joins, database queries, functions, triggers, packages, and complex analytical and financial reports.
- Broad knowledge of Linux and Windows technologies. Good shell scripting experience is a must.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Elastic Search.
- Demonstrated experience of working on transactional, available, and scalable business critical systems.
- Commercial awareness, knowledge of or experience in working in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of software systems and technology.
