Requirements and responsibilities
- Good knowledge with Azure, and Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence).
- Hands-on experience with Postman and SQL skills at least the basics.
- Understand New Relic as far as off-the-shelf things go and be able to navigate through logs.
- Understanding of monitoring tools such as New Relic (or similar) would be desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on empathy, resourcefulness, and responsiveness.
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
- Must be able to convey technical jargon in a wide-array of syntax from beginner-level users to developers in our tickets as well as knowledge base articles.
- Display a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flixable is working hours.

**Advantageous**
- History in supporting and troubleshooting cloud-based products.
- Basic understanding of DevOps from both an operational and development perspective.
- Good understanding of Windows Server 2012.
- Familiarity of RDP tools and TCIP/networking connectivity.
- Experience with using Puppet would be looked upon favorably.
