Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, arrange meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate minutes, and share updates with relevant parties.
- Coordinate interviews and meetings using platforms like Zoom.
- Oversee office supplies, petty cash, and ensure a hygienic workplace.
- Welcome clients and guests with a professional and positive attitude.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visa processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required by colleagues or management.
- _**Qualifications & Skills**:_
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in reception or administration roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Languages: Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
- Personal Traits:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.4
- Resilience, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle stress effectively.

Pay: E£12,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
