Receptionist Specialist

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Manage the visitor log and ensure all guests are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule and manage appointments for staff members and clients.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared and equipped as needed.
Job Requirements
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- ** Experience**: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- ** Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
