Support Engineer

Job Summary:
Job Responsibility:
- Provide technical support to clients via on-site visits or remote communication channels.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Install, configure and maintain software and hardware systems.
- Train clients on software and hardware systems.
- Create technical documentation and manuals for clients and team members.
- Ensure that client services are delivered with high quality and are in compliance with service level agreements.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with clients and stakeholders.
Good decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
**Technical Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Troubleshoot and diagnose software and system issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and infrastructure, to identify and resolve technical challenges.
Document and maintain accurate records of support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user-reported problems.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes before deployment.
Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals.

BSC. of Computer Science or any related field.
