Savoy Sharm Group is a leading hospitality company in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. With a portfolio of luxury resorts and hotels, we strive to provide exceptional service and experiences to our guests. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Sales to join our team and lead our sales department to new heights.
**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and meet customer needs
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote our services
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
