People & Culture Lead

We're looking for a People and Culture Lead to help shape our workplace, foster employee growth, and drive organizational development.
**Job Overview**:
The People and Culture Lead will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support both our internal team and the clients we serve. You’ll lead initiatives related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational culture, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Strategy**: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- **Talent Acquisition**: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.
- **Employee Engagement**: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being.
- **Learning & Development**: Create opportunities for professional growth and development.
- **Culture Building**: Foster a collaborative, transparent, and positive work environment.
- **Compliance**: Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local labor laws.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on talent management and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Passion for building a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.
Pay: E£20,000.00 - E£25,000.00 per month
