Engagements are typically focused on digitization of existing operations & processes and/or activation of digital customer engagement channels. With a team of 100+ tech and market consultants, robusta maintains an impactful footprint across EMEA and engages with its clients through its two key operations hubs in Egypt and Germany.

**Position Overview**

The Sales Executive is a vital contributor to our sales function, supporting key activities that drive our business forward. This role is critical for ensuring seamless client engagement and proposal preparation, offering the opportunity to work closely with multiple stakeholders across the organization. Through this position, you will gain significant exposure and play an integral part in our sales success.

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Supporting Revenue Generation**:

- Utilize various tools to assist in the lead generation process.
- Provide potential clients with information about our services and offerings.
- Prepare and customize proposals based on client needs and discussions.
- **Client Interaction and Follow-ups**:

- Manage follow-up communications with potential clients to ensure they have all the necessary information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from initial interest to deeper engagement.
- **Market Research and Opportunity Identification**:

- Occasionally conduct market scans and research to identify new opportunities. Offer insights to the sales team based on market research.
- Participate in sales meetings and report on progress related to leads, follow-ups, and proposals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute ideas and strategies based on client interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or a related role is a plus. Experience in tech-adjacent fields is highly valued.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain services to potential clients.
- Organized and detail-oriented, especially in managing documentation and CRM entries.
- Collaborative mindset, with a focus on supporting the broader sales team.
