- Masters Degree is a huge plus
- Can involve a high level of responsibility and pressure.
- There can be some stress as there will be tough targets and tight deadlines to meet.
- Open to graduates from any degree discipline but a degree which is numerical or analytical can be an advantage
Benefits
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office tools. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. English fluency is a must.
