IT Help Desk Specialist

Cairo, Egypt Naqla Full time
Provide firstline support to users for common computer software and network issues.
Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot problems via phone email or inperson.
Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Assist with account management tasks such as password resets.
Identify problems that require escalation to a higher level of support.
Provide basic training and guidance to users on software and systems.
Perform basic hardware repair or replacement as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: 12 years of experience in an IT help desk role.
