IT Help Desk Specialist

Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot problems via phone email or inperson.
Document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system.
Assist with account management tasks such as password resets.
Identify problems that require escalation to a higher level of support.
Provide basic training and guidance to users on software and systems.
Perform basic hardware repair or replacement as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience: 12 years of experience in an IT help desk role.
