Job Description
  • Build new client relations and brings in new client accounts.
  • Prepare and maintain complete information to be ready for reporting all the time, with the status of each opportunity/lead details.
  • Handle all communications and problems arise in the relevant account.
  • Handle and respond to all client inquiries and correspondence.
  • Bring in new sales opportunities as per the sales target.
  • Construct quotations and sales presentations based on items requested by client.
  • Follow-up on client proposals and monitors the order processing and cash flow status of the project.
  • Schedule follow-up visits with accounts to ensure that all projects are running smoothly.
  • Approach old clients and schedule visits to bring new opportunities & maintenance contracts.
  • Adopt organizational processes relevant to sales roles & responsibilities and efficient compatibility to customer purchasing processes.
  • Ensure that he is updated with all Line of Business’ portfolio & new solutions/Products.
Job Requirements
  • Experience in IT Software solutions selling & integration value propositions.
  • Solid Background on IT Solutions across various domains.
  • Knowledgeable on the latest technology trends of Technology Infrastructure across all layers.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales with ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • An ability to deliver projects proposal and answer inquiries on time.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Very good English Language.
