Your Duties

  • Lead the Egypt Hub team in implementing Service Level Agreements with the OpCos and fostering strong collaboration among key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Risk Management dialogues, identify top risks, and oversee actions to prevent their materialization.
  • Conduct quarterly testing of key controls, report deficiencies, and support remediation efforts.
  • Collaborate with OpCo P&CI on Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
  • Clarify OpCo Business Self-assessments concerning Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
  • Aid OpCos in the Access Management Process and prioritize resolution of access conflicts.
  • Review policies and promote sharing of best practices among OpCos.
  • Organize CPI trainings, supervise project completion, and provide support in Fraud and special investigations.

Your Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in process improvement, internal controls, preferably in an international firm or Big 4 audit entity. Familiarity with the Heineken Risk and control framework is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of achieving team objectives autonomously.
  • Keen interest in internal controls, testing, and validation of key procedures.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively, adapt to changes, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, a focus on quality and precision.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, good comprehension and fluency in French, adept at conveying information clearly to stakeholders and drafting high-quality communications.
  • Experience in Fraud investigations is beneficial.
