Join our team to drive positive changes in risk and control operations across select Operating companies in AME Region. As a P&CI Specialist, you will collaborate with the head of the P&CI Hub to enhance control measures, implement monitoring processes, and foster a culture of risk management within the OpCos.

  • Facilitate Risk Management discussions, identify top risks, and monitor preventive actions.
  • Conduct quarterly testing of key controls and address any reported deficiencies promptly.
  • Work closely with OpCo P&CI to enforce Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
  • Provide guidance on OpCo Business Self-assessments regarding Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
  • Assist OpCos in Access Management Process and prioritize conflict resolution.
  • Review policies and encourage the sharing of best practices among OpCos.
  • Coordinate CPI trainings, oversee project completions, and support OpCos in Fraud and special investigations.

Your profile should include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in process improvement or internal controls with an international company and/or Big 4 audit firm.
  • Keen interest in internal controls and key testing procedures.
  • Strong prioritization skills, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English, with a solid understanding and communication skills in French.
  • Experience in Fraud investigations is a plus.
